Orders and availability
Product availability, minimum order quantities, prices, taxes, freight, and delivery estimates are shown or confirmed during checkout. An order is accepted only after successful payment or written confirmation by Dhruv Enterprises.
Payments
Payments are processed through an independent payment gateway. Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery information. A failed, cancelled, or incomplete payment does not create a paid order.
Shipping
Freight is calculated using product weight, package dimensions, destination, and carrier rates. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Notifications
We may send transactional order, payment, invoice, and shipment updates by email or WhatsApp.
Returns and issues
Report shortages, damage, or incorrect items promptly at info@druv.org. Eligibility depends on product condition, manufacturer terms, and the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful information.
