You may request deletion of personal information associated with Dhruv Enterprises' online order and WhatsApp notification services.
How to request deletion
- Email info@druv.org with the subject User Data Deletion Request.
- Include the mobile number or email used for the order and, if available, your order number.
- Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
- We may request limited information to verify the request.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal information from systems under our control and confirm completion by email. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Information we may retain
Invoices, payment references, tax records, fraud-prevention records, and other transaction information may be retained where required by law, for dispute resolution, or to protect legal rights. Information held independently by other providers is governed by their policies.
